Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every purchase from the Craftalyst Store. Please read them before checking out.
1. What you are purchasing
Store items are limited, revocable licences to use virtual cosmetics, supporter benefits or other digital features on Craftalyst. They are not physical goods, currency, investments, ownership interests or property rights. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, purchases do not grant competitive advantages.
2. Delivery and account details
Delivery is made to the exact Minecraft username and edition entered at checkout. You are responsible for checking spelling, capitalisation and edition before paying. We may try to help with a genuine mistake, but cannot guarantee transfer, replacement or re-delivery after fulfilment. Items are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold.
3. Final-sale and refund policy
Because virtual items can be delivered or made available immediately, purchases are final once fulfilled. We do not ordinarily refund for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, inactivity, loss of interest, an incorrect username supplied by you, account loss, a ban or restriction imposed under the server rules, temporary downtime, gameplay changes, removal or alteration of a cosmetic, or the server’s suspension or permanent closure.
This policy does not exclude any refund, remedy or consumer right that applicable law says cannot be excluded. If we charge you incorrectly, fail to provide the purchased item, or the item is materially different from its description, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
4. Server availability and changes
Craftalyst is an evolving community service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, any minimum operating period, any particular player population, or that the server or a feature will operate forever. We may maintain, reset, migrate, rebalance, rename, replace, suspend or discontinue worlds, modes, items and services. Visual appearance and particle behaviour may change for performance, compatibility, safety or design reasons.
5. Rules, moderation and revocation
A purchase does not exempt anyone from Craftalyst rules. We may suspend access to purchased benefits where reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect players, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or secure the service. A proportionate moderation action, including a warning, mute, suspension or ban, does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
6. Payments, fraud and chargebacks
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Do not initiate a chargeback merely to avoid these terms or server discipline. Contact us first about an unrecognised, duplicate or incorrect charge. We may suspend fulfilment while fraud, payment reversal or chargeback activity is investigated, and may recover items associated with a reversed payment.
7. Minors and gifts
If you are below the age required to enter a binding contract where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve the purchase. If buying for another player, you remain the purchaser and are responsible for entering the correct recipient details and obtaining any required permission.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftalyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from a purchase or use of the service. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Conduct and communications
Support requests must be truthful and civil. Emotional pressure, threats, harassment, public shaming or repeated demands do not change eligibility for a refund or other remedy. We will assess requests using the transaction record, these terms, server rules and applicable law.
10. Governing terms and updates
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Each purchase is governed by the version displayed and accepted at checkout. We may update future versions, but an update does not retroactively replace the version recorded for an earlier order. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
11. Contact
For payment or delivery problems, create a support ticket through the Craftalyst Discord and include your order reference. Do not post payment details publicly.
